By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry through our booking form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

GLDNMOSS provides hair, makeup, extensions, and bridal services in Temecula, CA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by Denae Rodriguez or her designated team members. Service availability is subject to appointment confirmation and deposit.

Booking & Deposits

• Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after Denae reviews your inquiry and a deposit is collected.
• Deposits are required to secure your appointment date and time.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless GLDNMOSS cancels the appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows will be charged in full or forfeit their deposit.

Pricing

All prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, service complexity, and consultation. Final pricing will be communicated prior to your appointment.

Results & Consultations

Hair and beauty services involve individual results that may vary. We strongly encourage all clients to communicate their goals and hair history honestly during the consultation process. GLDNMOSS is not responsible for results that differ from expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
